Fit-and-flare, lined dress close-fitting through bust has spread collar with collar stand, notched lapels, short sleeves, belt, decorative covered buttons, thread carriers, side seam pockets, invisible back zipper and hook and eye closure. Note: raw edge collar, lapel and hems. Designed for non-fraying fabrics such as scuba.
