Buy the Nine Lives Vest sewing pattern from The Sewing Workshop. Four pattern pieces create an asymmetric top with differing shoulder seam lengths, a stand-up collar, and a diagonal hem. This button-front easy top looks great with or without a blouse or t-shirt.

Suggested fabrics: Light to mid-weight fabrics in stable knits or wovens such as linen, cotton, rayon/viscose, wool, silk.

Fabric requirements: 

45″ (114 cm) wide fabric: Size 1, 1 1/2 yd (1.4 m) // Sizes 2 - 3, 1 3/4 yd (1.6 m).

60″ (152 cm) wide fabric: Size 1, 1 yd (0.9 m) // Sizes 2 - 3, 1 5/8 yd (1.5 m).

Sizing: 1 - 3 (approx. UK 4/6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

Notions: Thread; 1 yd lightweight fusible interfacing (optional); five 1/2" buttons; tagboard or manila file folder; fusible web tape.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; print-at-home pattern (34 pages); 36″ wide copy shop pattern (1 sheet); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets).
