The Assembly Line Tie Bow Blouse

Buy the Tie Bow Blouse sewing pattern from The Assembly Line. The Tie Bow Blouse has a straight fit and bust darts. It features a stand-up collar with buttons to which you can fasten the optional tie. The sleeves are sewn with pleats to create a puff and close with button cuffs.
