Buy the Sammy Pants sewing pattern from Tessuti Fabrics. These pull-on palazzo style pants are designed for drapey woven fabrics. Partially stitched-down inverted pleats control the volume and keep them sleek from waist to hip. They have slanted side pockets with topstitched curved openings, as well as topstitched hems.
