Buy the S3108 Vest, Skirt and Trousers sewing pattern from Simplicity. Semi-fitted, unlined vest has princess seams, front button opening and flaps. Flared, gored skirt has stitched hem. Views B and C have contoured waistband, invisible side zipper and stitched hems. Wide leg trousers, fitted through hip, have side front pockets.
