Toddlers’ Pull-on  top and dresses have self-lined bodice, raised waist, gathers, adjustable, concealed criss-cross back button shoulder straps and narrow hem. A, B, C: ruffles. A, B, C (optional), D: bows and knots. D, E: snap tape closing. Purchased optional appliqués C and trim E. Bloomers have elastic waist. D, F: elasticized leg openings. Sew Rating Very Easy.
