Sew Different Tulip Dress

Buy the Tulip Dress sewing pattern from Sew Different. The Tulip Dress is a gently fitted dress with a soft bubble hem. It has a shallow v-neck and a front pleat giving it extra room around the waist and allowing it to be pulled on over your head - no zip required. There are little swing sleeves that come midway down your upper arm and big pockets in the side seams. The bottom hem sits above the knee (for 5' 8" height).
