Oh Me Oh My Baby/Child Amelia Dress and Romper

Buy the Baby/Child Amelia Dress and Romper sewing pattern from Oh Me Oh My Sewing. Amelia features an oversized fit, square yoke detail, flutter sleeves, low back, and high waist. The romper version has snaps for easy nappy changes. The dress version has no closures for easy sewing.

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight woven fabrics such as quilting cotton, washed linen, double gauze, cotton lawn, voile, and rayon challis.

Fabric requirements: 

View A: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 0.75 - 1.75 yd (0.7 - 1.6 m) // 60" (152 cm) wide fabric: 0.75 - 1.25 yd (0.7 - 1.2 m).

View B: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 0.75 - 1 yd (0.7 - 0.9 m) // 60" (152 cm) wide fabric: 0.5 - 0.75 yd (0.5 - 0.7 m).

Sizing: 0-3 months up to 10 years. Please check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.

Note the romper version (View B) only goes up to size 3-4 years.

Notions:

View A: 1 yd/m of single fold bias tape, approx. 1" (2.5 cm) wide when unfolded (optional - you can make your own using the included pattern pieces). 

View B: 1" (2.5 cm) of iron-on interfacing; three sets of snaps; 1 yd/m of 1/4" (6 mm) wide elastic; 2.5 yd (2.3 m) of single fold bias tape, approx. 1" (2.5 cm) wide when unfolded (optional - you can make your own using the included pattern pieces).
