Merchant & Mills Francine Top and Dress

Buy the Francine Top and Dress sewing pattern from Merchant & Mills. Inspired by the fishermen of Brittany, this simple top or dress could become a wardrobe staple. Both the slim fitted top and A-line dress have an inside chest pocket, and the dress has pockets in the side seams.

Suggested fabrics: 5-10 oz. non-stretch denim, cotton chambray, cotton weaves, linen and corduroy.

Dress: 83 cm wide fabric: 3.25 - 3.5 m // 120 cm wide fabric: 2 - 2.5 m // 140 cm wide fabric: 1.9 - 2.15 m // 150 cm wide fabric: 1.9 - 2 m.

Top: 83 cm wide fabric: 2.35 - 2.65 m // 120 cm wide fabric: 1.45 - 1.85 m // 140 cm wide fabric: 1.45 - 1.5 m // 150 cm wide fabric: 1.45 - 1.5 m.

Sizing: UK 6 – 18 (approx. UK 6 – 16/18, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Matching thread; contrast thread; one button, approx. 15 mm.
