Buy the M8463 Vintage 1980's Blouse, Vest, Skirt and Petticoat sewing pattern from McCalls. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Vintage McCall's 1980's by Laura Ashley. Pullover blouse has tucked front, buttoned front opening, collar with ruffle and sleeves with gathered cap; long sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs, shorts sleeves have tucks and ruffle. Unlined, buttoned vest has patch pockets, back tie belts and top-stitch trim. Tiered skirt has tucks, hemline ruffle and elastic in waistline casings. Petticoat has ruffle with lace or eyelet trim and elastic in waistline casing. Authentic vintage reproduction.

Notions: Thread. Vest or Long Sleeve Blouse: Five 3/8" (1cm) buttons. Short Sleeve Blouse: Three 3/8" (1cm) buttons. Skirt: 2 3/4 yds. (2.6m) of 1/4" (6mm) elastic. Petticoat: 1 yd. (1.0m) of 1/4" (6mm) elastic, 3 5/8 yds. (3.4m) of 2 1/2" (6mm) single-edge flat lace or eyelet.
