Buy the M6706 skirts sewing pattern from McCall’s. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. These skirts have a waistband, pleats and side hook and eye and zipper closing. Narrow hem. C: Shaped back hemline (wrong side shows). B, E: Bands. The included petticoat has an elastic waist and ruffle.
