Buy the Cosmopolitan Playsuit and Dress sewing pattern from Maison Fauve. Elegant, comfortable and feminine, Cosmopolitan has front and back waist darts for a perfect fit. Front and back V-necklines and hidden pockets modernise the look. There is an invisible zip at the back, and the bust is fully lined for a beautiful finish. The pattern includes a higher cut, easy-to-wear version, as well as a lower cut, dungaree-style version to wear with all your tops (or on its own if you are more daring!).

Main: Medium weight fabrics (150-350 g/m²) such as jacquard, tweed, cotton gabardine, denim, fine woollen fabrics and velvet.

Lining: Lightweight breathable fabrics such as cotton, viscose, cupro, silk, voile or poplin.

Fabric requirements:

Main: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-40, 100 cm // Sizes 42-48, 120 cm // Sizes 50-52, 140 cm.

Lining: 140 cm wide fabric: Sizes 34-48, 60 cm // Sizes 50-52, 70 cm.

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Two buttons, approx. 12/15 mm; 40 cm invisible zip.
