Buy the Mattea Dress and Top sewing pattern from Tessuti Fabrics. Mattea has a sleeveless, semi-fitted bodice with a faced boat neckline, dropped shoulders, and an exposed binding finish to the armholes. The hip-length top can be tucked in or worn loose to highlight the side splits and narrow hem. The calf-length, drop-waisted dress has stitched-down in-seam pockets and a gathered skirt from mid-thigh.
