Buy the S9595 Vintage Jiffy Wrap and Tie Trouserskirt sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. From the Simplicity archives, 1970's wrap and tie pantskirt in one size has stitching lines for small, medium or large sizes in the center seam. Simply sew hems, center seams, and make casings. Insert elastic and ribbon and you have a Super Jiffy pantskirt.
