Buy the S9954 Skirts sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Voluminous utility balloon skirts in three lengths have elastic casing at waistline, adjustable ties, and side seam pockets. View C skirt has cargo pockets with tab over pocket flap, and ties at the bottom opening.

(5.8m) for C.1/4" (6mm) elastic: 1 3/8 yds. (1.3m) for A,1 5/8 yds. (1.5m) for B,6 3/8 yds. (5.8m) for C.1.4" (6mm) elastic: 1 3/8 yds. (1.3m) for A,1 5/8 yd. (1.5m) for B,C.
