Puff and Pencil Silhouette Blouse & Trumpet Sleeve

Buy the Silhouette Blouse & Trumpet Sleeve sewing pattern bundle from Puff and Pencil. This bundle includes two separate patterns – the Silhouette Blouse and the Trumpet Sleeve – which work in combination to make a long sleeve blouse.

The Silhouette Blouse is a fitted blouse with princess seams. It features hook and eye closures down the centre front and can be made sleeveless or with the Trumpet Sleeve. The Silhouette pattern is also available separately here.

The Trumpet Sleeve has a slight trumpet effect and a long double-layered cuff with an optional slit. It can be combined with any Puff and Pencil blouse or dress base.

– PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: 

Silhouette Blouse: This pattern is designed for woven fabrics. For a crisp look, choose a fabric that has some structure and does not drape too softly. For a more elegant and feminine look, choose a fabric that drapes beautifully. Fabrics such as poplin, woven viscose, and cotton twill work well.

Trumpet Sleeve: Same as above.

Fabric requirements: 

Silhouette Blouse (without sleeves): 145 cm wide fabric: XXS-S, 80 cm // M-L, 115 cm // XL-XXL, 130 cm.

Trumpet Sleeve: 145 cm wide fabric: XXS-XL, 75 cm // XXL, 95 cm.

Sizing: XXS – XXL (approx. UK 6 – 22/24, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Interfacing; hook and eye closures (6 sets).

PDF pattern includes: Instructions (with QR-coded videos); A4/US letter print-at-home patterns (15 pages for blouse + 6 pages for sleeve); A0 copy shop patterns (1 sheet for blouse + 1 sheet for sleeve) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: No.
