Petits D'om Reverence Dress

Buy the Child/Teen Reverence Dress sewing pattern from Petits D'om. This dress with a dramatic high-low hemline combines a knit bodice with a woven skirt. The bodice is fitted and has the choice of a round or square neckline. There are also three sleeve options: sleeveless, butterfly, or bishop sleeves. An optional waistband can be sewn with a stretch fabric. The skirt has two length options, and will be more or less voluminous depending on your chosen fabric.

Suggested fabrics: 

Bodice: Knit fabric with elastane and at least 60% stretch: jersey, velvet jersey, glitter jersey, etc.

Skirt: Woven fabric. Choose muslin, georgette crepe, satin crepe, viscose, viscose crepe, etc, for a fluid and airy effect. Use tulle for a more structured and voluminous effect. A suitable woven lining should be used if the fabric is transparent. 

Sleeves: Same as for the skirt (except for tulle).

Notions: Lastin (framilastic) to stabilise waist seam, 46-67 cm (18 1/8"-26 3/8").
