Suggested fabrics: Canvas (7-9 oz.) or medium weight cotton or cotton/linen fabric for exterior fabric. Dry oilskin or cork may also be used for exterior, but omit medium-weight fusible interfacing (for wristlet) and do not interface the exterior fabric pieces. Quilting cotton for lining fabric.

Wristlet: 42″ (1.1 m) wide fabric: Exterior fabric, 1/4 yd (23 cm) or fat quarter // Lining fabric (includes interior pockets), 1/3 yd (30 cm) or fat quarter.

Pouch: 42″ (1.1 m) wide fabric: Exterior fabric, 1/4 yd (23 cm) or fat quarter // Lining fabric (includes interior pockets), 1/4 yd (23 cm) or fat quarter.

Fat quarter = 18" x 22" (45.7 cm x 55.9 cm).

Sizing: 

Wristlet: Approx. finished dimensions: 8 3/4" W x 1" D x 5" H (22.2 cm x 2.5 cm x 12.9 cm).

Pouch: Approx. finished dimensions: 5 1/2" W x 1" D x 4" H (14 cm x 2.5 cm x 10.2 cm).

Notions: 1/2 yd (46 cm) of fusible woven interfacing (20"/51 cm wide); handbag zipper* for main closure, 12" (30.5 cm) for wristlet or 8" (20.3 cm) for pouch // Wristlet only: 1/4 yd (23 cm) of medium-weight fusible interfacing (44"/1.1 m wide); 4" (10.2 cm) interior zipper // Wrist strap: 1/2" (13 mm) wide D-ring; 1/2" (13 mm) wide swivel snap; 1/2" (13 mm) x 18" (45.7 cm) leather for strap (optional); one 8 mm rivet and corresponding setting tool (optional).
