Buy the N6197 top sewing pattern from New Look. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Misses’ and men’s New Look pattern button front shirts has convertible collar, back yoke with forward shoulder seam and optional front patch pockets. Men’s style has short sleeves & side slits; misses’ more fitted style has shirttail hem and can be made with or without short sleeves and can be worn tucked in or out or tied in front.

Suggested fabrics: Cotton and cotton blends, flannel, laundered cottons, batiks, chambray, seersucker, silks and silk types, laundered silk/rayons, soft lightweight linen and linen blends. B,C also in eyelet.

Note: Extra fabric may be needed to match plaids, stripes, one-way design fabrics or for shrinkage.

Sizing: A (8 - 18/ XS - XL) which is approx. UK sizes A (6 – 14 /30 - 48 ) based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
