Buy the Brunswick Jacket sewing pattern from Liesl + Co. This functional, comfortable, and stylish unlined cross between a jacket and a cardigan features raglan sleeves, convenient on-seam front pockets, and a simple stand-up collar that can also be folded down to look like a traditional collar with lapels. Choose from two different lengths: short (hip length) or medium (below hip length). With no closures, this style can go anywhere you’re headed.

Suggested fabrics: This pattern works best with light- to medium-weight woven fabrics with some drape like chambray, linen, soft denim, textured cotton, twill, and wool.

Fabric requirements: 

View A: 44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 2 3/4 - 3 1/4 yd (2.5 - 3 m) // 58" (147 cm) wide fabric: 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 yd (2.1 - 2.3 m).

View B: 44" (112 cm) wide fabric: 2 3/4 - 3 3/4 yd (2.5 - 3.4 m) // 58" (147 cm) wide fabric: 2 - 2 3/4 yd (1.8 - 2.5 m).

Sizing: 0 – 20 with A/B, C and D cups (approx. UK 8 – 20, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

To determine cup size, subtract upper bust measurement from full bust measurement. Up to 2" difference = A/B cup, 3" = C cup, 4" = D cup.
