Buy the Gable Dress Expansion Pack sewing pattern from Jennifer Lauren Handmade. Turn your Gable Top into the most comfortable and elegant dress in your wardrobe! With pleated and gathered skirt options, the Gable Dress Expansion Pack includes new bodice, pocket and skirt pattern pieces. Use any of your three original Gable Top sleeve patterns and you’ll have tops and dresses sorted from spring to winter.

NOTE: You must have already purchased the original Gable Top pattern to use this expansion pack. It is not a complete pattern.

IMPORTANT: This expansion will only work with the original Gable Top pattern (sizes 6-24 without cup sizes). IT WILL NOT WORK WITH THE NEW GABLE TOP PATTERN (sizes 6-24 with cup sizes, or sizes 16-34).

- PDF (available to download immediately after purchase). What is a PDF?

- PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you'll need to download the digital instructions, as we don't print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Look for medium to heavy weight knit fabrics with 40% stretch and good recovery.

Fabric requirements: Extra may be required for pattern matching, directional prints and length adjustments.

150 cm (60") wide fabric: Short sleeve, 2 m (2.19 yd) // Long sleeve, 2.5 m (2.75 yd) // Contrast cuff sleeve: Main, 2.25 m (2.46 yd) / Contrast cuff, 0.5 m (0.55 yd).

Sizing: UK 6 - 24. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Matching thread; ball point or stretch sewing machine needle; 30 cm (11.5") length of 1.5 cm (5/8") wide stay tape (twill, ribbon, clear elastic, etc.); 60 cm (23.5") length of 6 mm (1/4") clear elastic.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (30 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet for sizes 6-14, 1 sheet for sizes 16-24).
