Buy the Rê Coat sewing pattern from I AM Patterns. I am Rê, a classic duffle coat. A: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 235 - 260 cm (2 5/8 - 2 7/8 yd) // 110 cm (43″) wide fabric: 280 - 340 cm (3 1/8 - 3 3/4 yd).

A Lining: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 175 - 200 cm (2 - 2 1/4 yd) // 110 cm (43″) wide fabric: 190 - 255 cm (2 1/8 - 2 7/8 yd).

B: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 265 - 290 cm (2 7/8 - 3 1/4 yd) // 110 cm (43″) wide fabric: 310 - 370 cm (3 3/8 - 4 1/8 yd).

B Lining: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 190 - 215 cm (2 1/8 - 2 3/8 yd) // 110 cm (43″) wide fabric: 220 - 290 cm (2 3/8 - 3 1/4 yd).

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 18, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is drafted for a height of 5'5" and a B cup.

Notions: Toggle fastenings (see below); 4 buttons, 18 mm (3/4") diameter; cardboard for ironing template // Optional: iron-on interfacing, 80 cm x 90 cm (31" x 35").

If purchasing toggle fastenings: A: 4 pairs of 13 cm (5") long fastenings // B: 5 pairs of 13 cm (5") long fastenings.

If sewing toggle fastenings using the pattern piece provided (note piece 21 is designed to be cut in leather or a fabric that doesn't fray): A: 4 toggle buttons and 110 cm (1 1/4 yd) of drawstring // B: 5 toggle buttons and 130 cm (1 1/2 yd) of drawstring.
