French Navy Rothko Dress and Shirt

Buy the Rothko Dress and Shirt sewing pattern from French Navy. This cool summer staple features a classic notched collar, button front, short sleeves, and a utility-inspired chest pocket. Suggested fabrics: A wide range of light to medium weight fabrics can be used such as viscose, rayon challis, linen, linen/viscose blends, chambray, cotton, cotton blends and the like. 

Fabric requirements: 

Style A - dress (with belt): 115 cm (45") wide fabric: 2.8 - 3.5 m (3 - 3.7 yd) // 150 cm (59") wide fabric: 2.4 - 3 m (2.6 - 3.2 yd).

Style B - shirt: 115 cm (45") wide fabric: 1.6 - 2.4 m (1.8 - 2.6 yd) // 150 cm (59") wide fabric: 1.2 - 1.7 m (1.4 - 1.9 yd).

Sizing: A – N (approx. UK 6/8 – 34, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

The pattern is drafted for a height of 171 cm (5'7") and a B cup. 

Notions: Lightweight fusible woven interfacing; 1 cm (3/8") or 1.5 cm (5/8") buttons, 7-8 for Style A or 4-5 for Style B.
