Buy the Goldenrod Dress sewing pattern from French Navy. Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight dress fabrics such as viscose/rayon, rayon challis, lightweight linen, linen/rayon blends, chambray or cotton dress fabrics such as double gauze or poplin.

Fabric requirements: More fabric will be required for narrower fabrics.

Sizes A - G: 150 cm (59") wide fabric: Main Styles A and B, 2.4 m (2.6 yd) // Lining (or additional main fabric) Styles A and B, 55 cm (22").

Sizes H - N: 150 cm (59") wide fabric: Main Styles A and B, 2.7 m (3 yd) // Lining (or additional main fabric) Style A, 1 m (1.1 yd) // Lining (or additional main fabric) Style B, 70 cm (27.5").

Sizing: A – N (approx. UK 6/8 – 34, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

The pattern is drafted for a height of 171 cm (5’7″) and a B cup. If you are significantly taller or shorter, you can adjust the pattern using the LENGTHEN/SHORTEN lines on the pattern pieces.

Notions: 35 cm invisible zip; 1 cm wide elastic // Style B only: two strips fusible interfacing, 30 cm x 1.5 cm (11.8" x 5/8"); five 1 cm buttons.
