Buy the Zehra Waistcoat sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Sleeveless vests are hot, even in winter! Featuring a V-neck, button front, and optional pockets, Zehra can be made in a knit or woven fabric. If you use a knit fabric, you don't even need to make buttonholes – you can sew the buttons through both front panels together.

Suggested fabrics: Make Zehra in a chunky knit fabric for a trendy result. But you can also use other knit fabrics such as French terry, jumper fabric, rib knit, knitted jacquard, teddy, fleece... Woven fabrics such as corduroy, cotton twill, and wool are also suitable. When using thick fabrics, cut the facing pieces from a cotton or other thin, rigid fabric.

Fabric requirements: 110 cm wide fabric: 75 - 150 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 60 - 145 cm.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Iron-on interfacing, max. 80 cm; three to five 1.5-2 cm buttons; lightweight woven fabric (cotton, poplin...), max. 70 cm (for facing and pocket lining).
