Buy the Harriette Dress sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Done up in denim, it’s horseback and hazard-ready. But in a sturdy beige or olive-green fabric, we’d say more ‘Mrs Livingstone, I presume?’ This bold and versatile dress also looks divine in a subtle floral print. The skirt joins the bodice with a lovely gathered seam. Add a collar, chest patch pockets with a flap, sleeves with a slit, and a button placket and you're all set.

Suggested fabrics: Harriette likes supple fabrics such as muslin, (viscose) crepe, and satin. But slightly stiffer fabrics such as poplin, lyocell, and linen will also work. Woven fabrics are better than knits due to the detailed stitching.

Fabric requirements: 110 cm wide fabric: 315 - 585 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 250 - 385 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 60 / US 0 – 28 / UK 4 – 32 (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 135 cm; buttons, 1.1 cm diameter, 16 for sizes 4-18 or 17 for sizes 20-32.
