Start with a loose-fitting tee with knot-detail sleeves, upper back yoke, and semi-open back, worn knotted in the back for a tighter fit during exercise or left loose for cooling down. Alternatively, a shorter option features a hem band with knotted side detail. Suggested fabrics: The top and bottoms can be made in a variety of lightweight stretch jersey fabrics with at least 50% stretch in both directions and good recovery, such as bamboo jersey, matte supplex Lycra, or cotton-touch wicking jerseys.

Fabric requirements: 150 cm (55″) wide fabric: Top, 1 - 1.6 m (1 1/8 - 1 3/4 yd) // Bottoms, 1.3 - 2.3 m (1 1/2 - 2 1/2 yd) // Both, 2.3 - 2.8 m (2 1/2 - 3 1/8 yd).

Sizing: XXS – XL (approx. UK 6 – 18). Please check the size chart.

Notions: Top: Twin needle or coverstitch for hem and sleeve hems; wash-away stabiliser for the hems (optional) // Bottoms: Less than 1 m of 5 cm (3") woven (braided) waistband elastic.

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (28 pages for top, 32 pages for bottoms); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet for top, 2 sheets for bottoms); projector file. This pattern has layers so you can choose your size(s) before printing.
